Governing Documents
You were attracted to the Bellhaven Estates subdivision because of its natural beauty. The residents take great pride in maintaining their properties. There are governing documents of the subdivision that support and control how the subdivision is operated. The Protective Covenants provide restrictions as to the use of the lots within the subdivision, as well as the common areas. The Bylaws set out specific guidelines for how the Association shall be operated. The Articles of Incorporation for the Association is the initial corporate document that was filed by the State of Wisconsin incorporating the Association. All of the foregoing documents are attached below for your further reference.
Fence Guidelines
One of the most common questions homeowners have is the issue of fences. According to the Protective Covenants, fences are not allowed, unless approved by the Architectural Control Committee, with the exception of garden fences. The guidelines for garden fences are listed below.
Architectural Control
Are you planning on doing some landscaping or breaking ground on new construction in the near future? The Protective Covenants require that you submit your construction and/or landscaping plans and obtain approval from the Architectural Control Committee prior to commencement.
